Something from the quiet streets of croydon, Random was raised as an only child by a divorced mother.
His fondness for poetry and story writing was always aparant in his early school years, however baring the burden of A.D.D (Attention Deficit Disorder) His ability to read and write was hindered. His mother Elizabeth Campbell spent long summers with Random teachin him how to read, write and spell correctly. As he grew up he became more fond of reading and started to develope an insane imagination for poetic and descriptive texts. Not a big listener of music Random received his first albums "Tupac - greatest hits" and "Will Smith - Willenium" in the year 2000. From then it was only a matter of time before he took a real interest in music. During the end of his High School years he watched as the people around him became more interested in music, not yet knowing the path he would wonder down. During college Random met Cas a young talented rapper from south who got him into music, writing rhymes however basic or weak they where. Casaman then introduced Random to B.B Manik who took Random under his wing teaching him the tricks of the trade and all he needed to know. Random potential was always evident and no more so than to a young music fanatic names Charlie Mcbroom, who for years, even tho Random hadnt recorded, was a huge fan of his! As Randoms talent grew, so did his network of people knew. He went on to meet Marcus D, a producer also hailing from south. The two became good friends and at the beginning of 2005 Random recorded a skit entitled "How TO PIMP" and a song called "My Stereo". Still going through his learning stage he stopped recording and went on a hiatus, recording snippets and touching up his 'style'.
At the end of 2005 Randoms mother passed in her sleep sending him into a whirlwind of torment trying to defeat his demons within. It wasnt untill the end of 2006 that Random was finally able to defeat his fears and start taking music seriously.
Still only in his early twenties, his full potential has yet to be acheived on his quest to the top! Hes come a long way from the days of singing along to albums and writing poems. Now hes working on his very own mixtape named "Long Awaited". I think its fair to say that no matter how long the wait is, the wait will be worthwhile!
