Commission for Scenario Paintball EthicsC.S.P.E.The commission for scenario paintball ethics is a group of well experienced scenario players with varied backgrounds and from various teams and parts of the country who support ethical behavior both on and off the field in order to best support and protect the sport that we have all come to love.Our Goals Are as Follows:1) To draw attention to ALL aspects of the sport that are ultimately undesirable to it's growth 2) Nationally Regognized Standardization of scenario referee policies and procedures. 3) Develop a Penalty System for the competitive scenario season. Participating players will ad thier names to a registry for a nominal fee and will be issued a CSPE CERTIFICATION ID NUMBER. Any field or event planner may easily scan the online database for a list of players who have been identified by qualified ref's as cheating or who's CSPE status is in review. A ref may easily log your CSPE # over the day and log it into our website. Players will be added to the CSPE ban list (either temporarily or permantly based on review of the comission's board in conjuntion with field and ref representuitives) Participating fields will love the CSPE tracking system. We will together eliminate players who loose the idea that scenario paintball is a game and forever vanquish the bad eggs and hotheads who ruin the sport through cheating or loosing thier temper. 4) To eliminate negative sponsorship from the sport. Finance will be necessary to the growth of the sport however special interest must not be allowed to sway or bias the outcome of any event for corporate gain. Commercial sponsorship is welcome to the sport and the potential for exposure is enormous but the game must be kept fair and uniformly judged in order for the sport to receive true respect as an extreme sport and for the sport to truly professionalize. 5) to offer support, consultancy and guidance to fledgling scenario leagues as they establish themselves in the country
