the positive nature of my present day living allows me to pour out some of the emotions that would not otherwise necessarily have been shown, which simply means: if i feel shite i won't bother me arse, but when i'm feeling good and ready i'll give it a heart-felt try.

My Interests

stroking/playing my bass, slipping in and out of experi-mental states of being and consciousness, maintianing a high level of sanity (that's my real job!) and offering respect and affection to those who deserve it

Music:

soulful energies that transcend and brighten up all that is mundane, music that speaks without shouting, thinks without trying and waits for me convincing me that music will never abandon me, massive attack, mogwai, mike watt, the minutemen, miles davis, morphine, matisyahu and thats just the Ms!
