JvE are Tim Ericson & DJ JoSH. Hailing from Adelaide, Australia, both have over 20 years experience in their fields. Ericson moved to Australia in 2001 from the UK he hooked up with DJ JoSH Via her website prior to arrival and they have been working together ever since. And JvE was born.
Ericson has made a name for himself as a talented producer. Ericson has worked with Paul Oakenfold on Perfecto with the release "Another day" Skipraiders. The track was huge success and even made it on the memorable "Kevin and Perry go large" films soundtrack. The Skipraiders were the first producers to work the ADAGIO for STRINGS piece into a dance track back in 1999 way before Tiesto got his hands on the mix!
DJ Josh has been a DJ and music fanatic for well over 20 years now she has been a top radio DJ, national touring club DJ, promoter and on top of that, a cache of awards on her shelf.Together the 2 producers make up JvE (Josh Vs Ericson) and have been involved with remix work for Icehouse, Grace Jones, and Ultrasun. They’re original work includes a collaboration with Amii Jackson on their signature track "Star Rider. Since its birth it has appeared on the "Fresh air" compilation and "Mardi Gras 2004" Cd. This year, DJ Archie has given it a cranking trance re-rub, JvE remixes it as a chill track, and a new ELEKTRO mix is in the Pipeline. The chill mix appears as track one on Mixology 9 by BeXta, and led to JvE’s signing to and first release with Mixology Digital Records. (released as a single early 2007).
JvE have been commissioned with a remix of the new track "Read my lips" UPACCI Feat Jan Johnston (skydive fame) due for 2007 with more new tracks for release keep your ears and eye's on this space! for more on JvE find uswww.mixologydigital.com
