Esperanza a.k.a. ladigirl, songwriter/producer was born in Rochester, NY, raised in South Carolina until the age of fifteen. Then after moving to Atlanta, performed with Simply Raw, a female R&B group. Then she went on to become a member of The Dungeon Family's Society of Soul. After that she was signed to Arista as a female rock artist. Now she is currently working on various projects as well as developing new material for her upcoming album.
