ZHMIAA

ZHMIAA (pronounced "zimiaa") was formed in Athens/Greece in 1995 by members of prominent local bands Nikos Fanourakis and Yiannis Venardis. After quite some time of experimentation and member changes ZHMIAA's efforts culminated in the recording of the band's first album in year 2000. Eventually, it was released in 2003 by indie label olon music & was met with rave reviews by the local press & public.

July 2007 : ZHMIAA's new album "Ena Asteri" is out from SONY BMG / Ethnotik with special guests Christos Dantis, Georgia Kalafati (Sugahspank) and Nikos Bardis.
