About Me

Like the pic says, this is a Burqa-Free zone. But I don't discriminate... Whatever sort of covering you have on, you are free to remove it.
"In my body, where the shame gland should be, there is a second awesome gland..."
- Barney Stinson (and me.)
“Only the educated are free.”
–Epictetus
Grew up in San Diego, moved to Indiana to attend Purdue. Graduated with a BSM and stayed to continue working at the world famous Harry's Chocolate Shop. After six years in the Mid-West, moved back to California, lived in Sacramento and Los Angeles, now I'm back in San Diego. I'm currently studying Fashion Design @ FIDM in downtown LA, and I'll be done in March '07. Currently getting back in shape to possibly join up after school is finally done... Can't wait to see what happens next!
Nothing beats a live show. (Especially Four O'clock Fridays at the Del Mar Racetrack.)
I love to shit-shake and throw a wrench in the machine to see what happens.
I am obsessed with current events and politics.
If I am sad, I stop being sad and be awesome instead.
I am a secular humanist.
"I believe that religion, generally speaking, has been a curse to mankind–that its modest and greatly overestimated services on the ethical side have been more than overcome by the damage it has done to clear and honest thinking.
"I believe that no discovery of fact, however trivial, can be wholly useless to the race, and that no trumpeting of falsehood, however virtuous in intent, can be anything but vicious.
"I believe that the evidence for immortality is no better than the evidence of witches, and deserves no more respect.
"I believe in the complete freedom of thought and speech...
"I believe in the capacity of man to conquer his world, and to find out what it is made of, and how it is run.
"I believe in the reality of progress.
"But the whole thing, after all, may be put very simply. I believe that it is better to tell the truth than to lie. I believe that it is better to be free than to be a slave. And I believe that it is better to know than be ignorant."
-H. L. Mencken, and fully endorsed by myself.
