I like hanging out with my friends doing whatever the hell it is that we do. Whether it's a karaoke bar and free beer, concerts, pool and darts, cruising along the lake, trying to pitch a tent under the influence (I meant camping), kicking it in the pool, movies, cooking, and the occasional "lazy bum thing" works too.

Heroes:
Julia Child, Alton Brown and Anthony Bourdain. Julia was the driving force for women's recognition in the culinary arts. She took a "man's" profession and turned it into her own. She never had an enemy in the kitchen, always made you feel welcome, and wasn't afraid to explore.
Alton Brown used to do commercials. THEN, he got a tv show explaining the science of food and I found my new crack. Love him, his innovativeness, and how he takes something, breaks it down, and is able to explain it to clearly.
Anthony Bourdain is like the culinary father of my dreams! He's loud, real, rude, swears a shitton, likes to drink and party, but always appreciates good food and goes anywhere to find it. This son of a bitch eats beating cobra hearts (see below video!!) for fuck's sake and brings beer with him everywhere! Love you "Dad"!
