Perhaps, I thought. Writing home to mom would be a success. How pioneering, in the age of modern technology, countless are sending their mom's e-mails. Can you imagine? What they can't communicate on-line, and some will never know the difference, they are the cyber-family. Thank God, with the span of generations, we are otherwise. This is an autobiographical letter because I am sending it from UCSB. Now what was I going to talk to you about? O, yeah, success! Well, cheers to that...loving you... John
