Drastically Classic Productions

Productions is a company that I created from the passion and love that I have for music. Whether it is the sweet sounds of a blessed vocalist, the visual choreography of dance, or hearing a piano being played by a talented pianist, everything about music sparked my interest.
My first inspiration in music was definitely the “King of Pop” Michael Jackson. I started out watching him dance and then mimicking his move. I also found myself trying to sing along with Michael, which lead me to join the school choir. At that point I noticed that my dance skills surpassed my singing ability, so I concentrated only on that. I continued to dance when, in my early teens I found out that I have a gift in music production. After high school I had an opportunity to attend a prestigious dance school on a 4 year scholarship, but turned it down because of my passion I have for music production. I have been producing music ever since I was fourteen years old and once I turned down the dance scholarship I knew that producing music was all I ever wanted to do.
I started Drastically Classic Productions in November of 2002 to showcase my production talent and to let other local artists have there voices be heard. It started out with just a keyboard and a few friends having fun, but now it has turned into a well managed company with some amazing talented artists to go along with my music. There is no question in my mind that Drastically Classic Productions has everything it takes to make an impact on the music industry.
I am now twenty six years old and have eliminated all other things in my life to solely concentrate on making music. I truly believe that I have been blessed from God with an amazing talent for making good music and that it is my soul purpose in life. Drastically Classic Productions, with my Lord and Savior leading the way, is destined to leave its mark on the music industry.
Drastically Classic Productions has just reached a new stage in its development to be successful in the music business. As of early September 2007 I, J-Tiz, and the whole Drastically Classic Production family signed a deal with Parliament Records out of Los Angeles, California. We are now going to be promoted and distributed throughout many parts of the world including the United States, parts of Europe, and parts of Africa. Also, I have taken the roll of Executive A&R in the genres of Hip Hop and R&B for Benny Weisman of Parliament Records. We are truly on the path to stardom in the music industry.
