Arrowshy

Arrowshy began as a distant vision between (their first drummer) Nick Spiller and Beni when they met at university in 2001. Through a mutual respect of alternative music and the pull of a dirty pub, they finally joint forces with Chris, spending many late, drunken nights discussing the formation of a band.
During 2004, Beni and Chris lived together and so they began writing and recording rough demos in Chris’ bedroom; playing and singing into an internal computer microphone whilst using sampled drums.
Armed with the rough demos, they hit the practice rooms and re-created the songs in glorious, musical technicolour...
 Realising they were on to something half decent, they practiced long and hard; altering, perfecting and writing new songs until they reached a point where they were ready to unleash themselves on to the local music scene.
After just a hand-full of strong and respectable shows, the Arrowshy line up has changed. The newest members, Jon Moon (drums) and Jon Harkins (bass) have brought a new, fresh element to the band and its music.
This brings us to the present day.
Combining addictively catchy songs with lethal dynamics and a killer live show, Arrowshy are refreshed, primed and ready to bring their bold and unique twist to the music world!...
