Officials are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man they believe may be able provide some information on the continued investigation into the Deidre C. Harm death. This afternoon, Wisconsin Rapids Police Chief Kurt Heuer released and artist’s sketch of a man they believe may be able to provide information to assist in the investigation. The sketch of the man and a tattoo on his arm were drawn with the assistance of an officer from an outside agency. This is not a suspect; it’s an individual we need to identify and interview, Heuer said.The man in the sketch had contact with Harm while in the Finish Line bar on Saturday, June 10, Heuer said. It is not, however, the same man that had been seen with Harm who officials were previously seeking.“We’re still trying to identify that individual,” Heuer said.The man depicted in the sketch has what officials are referring to as a tribal tattoo. A tribal tattoo is generally a black pattern or stylized picture, said Dan Greenwood, owner of Images In Ink.
