About Me

Enomia was the logical development from Isaac's previous band, Clairvoyants. London, Isaac starts to collaborate with different peolpe for a couple of years until he decides to start his new project. Enomia becomes reality at the end of 2005 when Pablo Parra and Aris Kazakos join Isaac and start to work togeder for the next couple of months. The need of a deeper sound brings Gabi Mendez (ex-Clairvoyants) and David Johnson to the band, and in the last one, Isaac finds the complicity needed to create the new musical concept the project represents. David and Isaac take over the creative process and record the first album in December 2006 (Nominal Aphasia). All tracks have been written and produced by Isaac and David. Recorded, mixed and mastered in Gijon by Xel Pereda and Daniel Pico, the album shows the birth and death of Enomia's taste for high productions and pure sounds. Nominal Aphasia is an elaborated dominant idea, seasoned with complicated structures, but presented raw and direct.Gabi Mendez and Juan Pablo Wiggenhauser joined the band in September 2007.Enomia recorded Trial in Absentia between December 2007 and March 2008. The band has finally found the the sound (closer to the live sound) and the vinyl texture they were looking for. They decided to distance themseves from the current perfect recordings, and almost skip the edition process to produce this intense album full of ghosts. The album has been produced by the band. Recorded, edited, mixed and mastered by Isaac Villanueva at Sound Perversions Sutudios.The band is now working in London (UK), and Gijon (Spain) and able to play in both countries.
