March 22, 2008 Dear friends. I am deeply sad to say my old friend and the original drummer of SteelHeart, (John Fowler) has passed away on Friday March 21 at 11:00pm from a brain amorism. He will always be with us. We will "Never Let You Go". John was a true musician, dedicated to his art. I cant remember a time that John didnâ€™t have music to fill his day. I am happy to have shared the stages throughout the world with him. Every night I would climb his crazy massive drum set to reach down into his world and slap his hand for a great show. It will always be with me. Rest in peace my friend we all love you. Fly with the angels. November 16, 2007 New Updates Coming!!August 11, 2007Mili will be in NYC on the 21st through the 25th of August. He will be doing numerous interviews, including Billboard magazine. On the 25th of August he will be playing baseball with other celebrities to raise money for Autism. For those of you who didnâ€™t know Mili had a love for baseball since he was a kid, he almost took the road to pursue a career in professional ball but chose to sing and make music instead. Mili is in NYC doing radio interviews and some live appearances. He was on the Mark Mandoza show WLIR on Friday and jumped up on stage with Jay Rad to perform STAND UP at the Jones Beach Amp Theater. Mili will be on the Eddie Trunk show, Public Radio - XM 133 Monday August 7 between 5 & 7 pm eastern time. Please tune in and check it out. That evening he will be at BB Kings, Mili is scheduled to jump on stage and perform a few songs with the band Almost Queen. If you are in town come on down. The band has also shot a new video for the song LOL in Nebraska with director Dana Altman. At the show the boys did a lot of interviews with various journalists including Rolling Stone. They should be out shortly for you to read. Over all the event was a great success!!! Everyone was a pleasure to work with and the audience/fans were amazing. We are happy to announce the album has been completed and it is exactly as Mili said it would be. A piece of the past, Present and the future. This is truly an incredible album. At the moment we are working on the release date. We will keep you posted as soon as we have more information. The band will be performing in Lincoln Nebraska at Coyote Willys on July 13th and at the Rocklahoma Festival on July 15th. We are also happy to welcome Rev Jones as the new bass thumper to the line up. Rev has been performing with acts such as Michael Schenker, Fuel, Black Symphony to name a few. November 29, 2006 Hello everyone! I am back in VA. after having the most fun I have had in years. On stage is where I feel most at home. I would like to thank all the people who came out to see the show. I am happy I was able to finally perform for you after all these years. FROM STEELHEART.COM -STEELHEART News Update! Just A Taste Tour is over and it was a great success. The band gave 150 percent every night. L.O.L has made it to a number of radio stations throughout the east coast! So if you are on the east coast, listen for the new SteelHeart tune or call your local radio station to play it. Mili will be going back into the studio to record another track for this album. He played it for the band and it was clear that it was meant to be on this new album. There will be a break for the holidays and then the New Year/early spring they will start with extensive touring throughout the world. Live pictures will be posted on the site as soon as we compile them from the photographers and the fans. For those of you who missed the shows we will have Tour T-Shirts, Ladies panties, Menâ€™s and Womenâ€™s Long sleeves available within the next two days at the Steelheart Store.
