Bassist, designer, artist and all around music nut. Thanks for keeping my mind in check.Play bass in bands way in the early 90s in Venice Beach, CA with The Beautiful People (preManson/nothing to do with) with Mark Maloney, Logan and Wendy Woo. Played with Mark again in Strychnine from Palm Springs with Nick Nava, Bobby Saenz, R.I.P. (great fuckin guy) and Kevin Lee. Mark and I formed Laughing Us another Venice Beach band that eventually signed to RISK Records; before the signing we had a slew of drummers and even added a second bassist. Drummers included the legendary Bob Lee (Clawhammer, Crawlspace, Rommelz Gogglez), Chris Prettyman (Rigormortis), Chris Hey (Crisis of Faith) and Bernard "Boyney Rox" Lopez. I know I'm forgetting someone... Another legendary bassist came right up to us after a show and said "I will be in your band". He wasn't asking, he was telling us. This was Mike Knox (Rigormortis) and who the hell says no to him? We tag teamed on bass. I loved it! After all the label whoo-ha and major conflict...One drunken nite I went to see my friends Olde No. 7 and blurted out I'd play with them cuz Gavin was playin bass at that time and was moving on to guitar (where he belonged) So I joined up with Gavin Ross, Dave Mollen and Heath. Then I ran away to Texas. Mark and I joined up with these metalheads (something I never thought I'd do) called Freeloader; kicked out the singer and renamed the band The American Gigolos (cuz dems da kinda assholes we is) We some holy hell!! Same old story, I broke up the band...I'm cursed. You Do Not want me in yer band!!!

My Interests

Cats, bass, weird shit, SHOES, vintage clothing, weird folk and kick ass 80s music. I said "kick ass", it does exist. Like every other wannabe, I really dig Betty Page but I don't have to look like her.

The Bad Seed, Velvet Goldmine, Another State of Mind, The Royal Tannnebaums (both), Being There, Local Hero and more I'm sure but movies don't define my ass.

Television:

T.V. junkie to da core!! LOVE The Simpsons. Proud to say I haven't owned any sorta cable in years. Eat my shit with yer TV is polluted and mind numbing; yer words is MIND NUMBING. When I think its trash I jus TURN IT OFF. Dumb ass! I ain't got kids so I don't need ta monitor shit! But I does need inglish lessons. Now as I sayin'...Sunday Mornin', Texas Country Reporter w/Bob Phillips, California Gold w/Huel Howser and Any gardening and building shit. Now Goooo!
