My most basic belief is that all aspects of life are uncertain, except for the truth in our ability to assist others in making positive changes. At times life may seem meaningless, but the bonds formed remain even after death. Everything you do will create a chain by trickling down through the people you kept close. It is for this reason that I attempt to remain selfless in pursuit of helping people as best I can, in hope that overall changes will continue to better shape the world, which may be considered a form of naive idealism.
Everything is based on perception and interpretation, which is why simple meditation is beneficial to clearing the mind and relieving pain.
Due to what modern society classifies as normal, many people live in a world that praises selfishness and instant gratification under the guise of passion or uniqueness, while being void of compassion or anything humanly real. There is nothing more disheartening than the gross concepts of vanity and convenience because life is too short for indulgence in trivialities.
I stand firmly against the news media, as I perceive it to be no more than a common brainwashing tool to the masses. Also, angst is irritating and unnecessary, as well as unoriginal. I do not care how stylish or scene you may be, because in the scheme of things it does not matter at all, other than to suffice as an indication of a need to explore growing up. Clothing does not define an individual, nor does a price tag. Holding grudges is silly, and elitism is the crutch of the immature.
Simple pleasures should be treasured since laughter is, at times, hard to come by, whereas dwelling on the past will result in negative and skewed logic.
I have a lovely array of severe panic and sleep disorders, which cause improper functioning, random paranoia, inescapable night terrors, as well as being physically debilitating on occasion. These weaknesses have allowed me to reevaluate myself, but at least I’m not boring. I can acknowledge my unfathomable moods, and hence focus on changing them. Depression can only be detrimental when allowed.
Currently, I’m not sure what path I’m pursuing with my life. My main hope is to one day find love, and to become a mother. Wealth and status mean nothing to me; so long as I discover a career with meaning I will be satisfied.
I appreciate being awestruck like a child when art is transformed through color or brush stroke to emotion. Once again, everything is based on perception. Life is both pain and beauty. Grit your teeth and bear it when you must, but make sure to enjoy every second and store it all in photographs.
Live to be vulnerable, adventurous, knowledgeable, and to love.
I am hyper, just like a child. There is nothing more favorable to me than coffee, a pile of books, a notebook, and a set of headphones. Granted, I’m quite indecisive, but I attempt to stay rational only when required.
I'm just completely mediocre in every sense of the word.
