MC MISS CHEEK- MUSIC

MC Miss Cheek released her demo cd in 2004 entitled "Plain Exzibit" which received radio play from stations: Triple J, Nova, Fresh and local stations here in SA and in other states. Since then, Miss Cheek has been performing around Adelaide: Rhino Room, The Basement, Fowlers Live, Jamestown Hotel, The Gov, Hamilton High School and Carclews Off The Couch House Party 2005. In April 2005 Miss Cheek independently organized, promoted and performed in a fundraising Hip Hop gig at Jimmy Rowes. Acts also included: Defenders, Counterparts, DJ Snair, DJ Fuad and DJ Demize. Total funds raised were $1265.00 for the Cystic Fibrosis Association of SA. The last twenty four months Miss Cheek has totally dedicated her time to the writing and recording of her first album. Beats made by Devize, Da Cypha and Deadbeat Productions. Bias B from Melbourne, MC Hunter from the Syllabollics Crew in Perth and Pohetikut from South Australia all feature on the album. Also guest scratching from DJ Snair and DJ Demize. Miss Cheek has recently finished releasing `Lip Service` in Japan performing and promoting the album.
