Once an aspiring singer/songwriter, Ross D found his way into the electronic scene in the late nineties. Frequenting clubs, events and other parties, he began meeting other artists and like minded people who too were intrigued by electronic music. In late 2001, he helped form the livetronica band, Astralyte. After moderate touring and a fully self produced album, he and fellow band mates decided to go their separate ways. It was at this point that he began to focus on producing and developing his own style. His influences range across the board from electronica to funk and soul to rock and pop. The sounds he produces are deep and hypnotizing and always fresh. Currently residing in Philadelphia, he is diligently working on several new tracks which are scheduled to be released in the near future as well as a live hybrid electronic project that is being developed. In the mean time he will be performing select DJ dates in and around the area.
