Ryan Spratt

Hey, this is Ryan Spratt just wanting to say thanks for checking out this myspace page. I am a bass player but I am also currently involved in a DAFT PUNK TRIBUTE band (The DPT) in which I play the vocoder/keyboard. I am composing for a funk/rock band called The Groove Suit (www.myspace.com/thegroovesuit) which is still in the development stage. Meanwhile, I have been known to perform with Yuka, Mark Feldman, Sol Torres, Femi Abosede and Culture Force, and Organic Funk. I also do other freelance gigs and I have begun the long, uphill battle of learning how to play the double bass (in fact, I should be practicing right now). -------------------------------- The song "GAMEFACE!" was recorded with a band I formed called Terrordactyl (featuring Mike Simpson of "The Womb"). I am currently in my 3rd year at Humber College, and have been lucky enough to study with Mike Downes, Rich Brown, Marc Rogers, Pat Kilbride, Rik Emmett, Ravi Naimpally, Pat Labarbra, Don Thompson, Neil Swainson and many other great musicians.
