About Me

I'm 38, married with 3 kiddos. Those (wife and kids) are the most important things in my life. I work in the transportation industry, and enjoy many different things. I play a couple of musical instruments (drums and guitar), as well as sing (well at least I try...lol). I also enjoy golf, football (GO RAMS!!!!), and playing with my kids. I consider myself an optimist, and also a realist. In other words, I see the beer bottle as half full ... but I want to know who drank half my beer ;o) Also never take life too seriously ... you'll never get out of it alive.
My love of music started back when I was four. Even though my parents drove me crazy with the piano practice, it was a good thing. I currently play drums for the local classic prog rock band Yeti Lee, and have worked with several other local projects. Some are still around while others have faded away. Check out my Friends list a below to check out Yeti Lee and some other excellent local and national acts. As always SUPPORT LOCAL MUSIC AND MUSICIANS!!! No matter if they are doing it for a career, or just for fun, they do it for the love of the music and performing for the people.
And always remember ... IF ITS TOO LOUD ... YOURE TOO F'N OLD!!! :o) Peace!

My Interests

Family, music, golf, magic

I'd like to meet:

I'm off the market, But if there are like minded musicians out there, it would be cool to hear from you.

Here are some fellow drummers I've either seen live, or would love too meet.

The one and only ... ANIMAL!!!!

This guy definitely rocks ... Grant Collins!!

This kid is incredible!!! 2007 Guitar Center drumoff champion ... Donnie Marple!!!

Music:

All types, but primarily rock. I also dig really eclectic stuff like solo Terry Bozzio(drums), Blue Man Group, King Crimson, ect.

And now for two huge influences on my playing...

Gawd I love Animal's expression...LMAO!!! It looks like me when I first saw Buddy live.

Movies:

Haven't seen any new ones but I like Sci-Fi, psychological horror, comedies.

Television:

Heroes, Ninja Warrior, Unbeatable Banzuke, MMA (UFC AND WEC), Rockstar, Criss Angel Mindfreak, Biker build off, ER, Inked, wrestling (I'm a redneck of sorts), a variety of stuff, not too mention cartoons.

Heroes:

God (without him life as we know it would not be), MOM, my wife, all the men and women in uniform (even if I've received a speeding ticket from you in the past .. lol), and my friend Angie. She was over in the "big sand box" for almost a year. Any one who put their life on hold for the duty of our country, rates as a hero in my book.
