As a supporter of rockmusic since the late 70´s, I decided in 2003 to start my own musicproject, without being a musician!
The idea was/is easy, because the best songs in the industry are being covered sooner or later. My vision was/is, to get some professional musicians (out of there own projects) for one night together, to let them perform/jam some great rocksongs of rock´n roll history until now.

Yeah, That´s it!
At the first shows in 2005/6 (near Essen/Düsseldorf, germany) came more than 2500 people to see what happened there.
We came to rock and that´s what they´ve got. These nights were all the way a success.
Since then, CoverJam got two responsible persons behind, Klaus Vanscheidt professional musician/producer (guitars DORO, for example) and a good friend of mine, and me, the inventor of the CoverJam-Project, Markus Sokolies (with the horns/picture).
So let´s see what comes around!
