About Me

Graduate with a Master's in Clinical Psychology specializing in Substance Abuse Treatment (Dec. 2004). Alrighty suckas, here it is: Teaching classes at UNCW and loving it!!! Doing some nicotine/caffeine research as well as mindfulness research. Along with teaching I do part time work at WHAT (Wilmington Health Access for Teens) and on weekends I work in a bar downtown. I also work in a private practice in town doing group and individual therapy.I train Aikido about 4 days a week. Two days I train under Price Sensei at Kure Beach Aikido, and then two days I spend teaching an Aikido class on UNCW's campus.As for me, Soccer fanatic, GO GERMANY EURO 2008!!! I play soccer in a local league and this reminds me every season that I need to maintain fitness.My free time between teaching, work, work and research consists of enjoying time with friends, watching soccer and pretty much anything that sounds fun at the time. Easy going and possess a unique sense of humor and laugh at just about anyone, did I say anyone I meant anything (that I find amusing)
