About Me

My name is Beth Jones and I was born in LaGrange,Ga. I have an older sister,Pat, and an older brother, Bill. Our wonderful parents passed away 3 years ago less than 6 weeks apart. It was very hard on our family, but we had a mission to do for our Daddy/Grandaddy. The City was buying easements from several property owners. Dad wanted more money than they offered and before he passed away he told us to "go down fighting." We did and we won. A new bridge was being built and we fought some more to get the bridge named after our parents. We won again. So, you can fight City Hall!!! I still miss them very much, but I have so many wonderful memories to cherish. I've been married to my 2nd husband for 30 years. When we met I had a daughter,Alicia, and Tim had a daughter,Amy. Together we have one son,Eric. We have 6 grandsons between us.They are Cody, Matthew, Micheal, Andy, Garrett and Carson. I'm a floral designer, but left the business in 1990. Now I'm a stay at home mom to a West Highland Terrier, Gracie, and a Scottish Terrier, Chase. It's like having little children in the house again.
