..Hi guysand welcome to my myspace pagethis is in early development i have loads more photos and bits to addhere is a bit of info about me (if your bothered :-)my name is craig, or Dj vertical drop (some folk call me VD but their mind is in the gutter ;-) i am 27 years youngi have been listening to hard dance since i was 12/13 i grew up listening to the old scottish and dutch hardcore sound which i heard on radio courtesy of tom wilson (r.i.p) via steppin' out and bonus beats (which used to get played on primetime radio from 6pm at night!!!!) this is what got me hooked! i've been to loads of events including the mighty rezerection (r.i.p) judgement day, north, core and loads loads more events up and down the uk and has taken me as far as london for my quest for good hard dance musici have been deejaying since 1999 when i started playing hardcore under the name of Dj Cutthroatfrom there i have played trance, hard trance, hard style and most forms of hard dance music under the guise of Vertical Dropflavour of the moment music wise (well has been for some time) is hard trance and Hardstyle. can't get enough of the stuff!! my deejaying break came when i was asked to dj in the oldschool room at judgement day in newcastle and had legendary sets playing back to back with dj pulsator for most of the night! with ourselves basically taking over the oldschool room!!! and it's sort of gone from therei've played loads of nights and played at some places i never thought i would such as room at the top (bathgate) the Arches (Glasgow) and also live on national radio aswell which was amazing!i have to say that i like to play any club/event regardless of size, i love deejaying and nothing rival the pleasure iget from iti have ran my own night called De:Fused and also co-ran a night called Compression which was ran with a good friend of mine grant (Mc Boff) possibly scotlands top mc? more recently i was resident at a night called Kaned playing along with resident dj's Austin & Mondo (who are 2 of the hardest working guy's and best dj's i have come across) have also played alongside artists including Mzone and lab4i have met many wonderful people on my travels, folk who have been and gone and moved on to different things and folk that are still around that i met when i first got involved in the scene. everyone i would like to thank for various reasons, but mostly for having great night outs getting mad with it.well thats all for nowI made this playlist at FreeFlashSlideshow.com .
