"Sound Of Mind" is quickly emerging as one of South Florida's elite in the music world. Born Andrew Ross in Miami in 1982, SoundofMind has been engineering and making music since high school. Starting with the dancehall sound, "Wickidness", SoundofMind first tested his hand at music with much success. He was immediately drawn to the studio life, and in 2002 began studying audio and recording engineering. While in school he joined with highschool friend "Genacide" and formed "Amplified Ent." Delivering a raw stlye of Hip Hop and Reggae, fused with ground-breaking techniques and a never-ending drive to succeed they began making a name for themselves. Combining forces with the likes of Bass Nacho , Blacklist Productions , Skyy High and C.P.G. , GoldenDon , and many others, SoundofMind has earned a reputation of delivering some of the best work South Florida has to offer. Working at Miami's acclaimed "Circle House Studios" from 2005 - 2006, he was fortunate enough to gain a massive amount of experience with artists such as Cool & Dre , Lil Wayne , Young Geezy , Tego Calderon , Christina Milian , Tony Kelly , DJ Khaled and others. He is poised to become one of the bright new minds not only in his local Miami area, but world-wide. Be on the look-out!
