Genacide aka gena-gena began his music career at the age of 11. From his early start as a Sax player to his skills as an artist/producer/and Dj, his versitility allowed him to make quick and meaningful connections. The name genacide orignated from a reggae sound system he started at age 14 due to the killer dubplates he cutt. From his early beginings as a "sound killa" he began to make his own music in every aspect. From recording his own tunes to mixing and producing, his name describes the drive to truly "Murda tha industry" from every angle. After forming Amplified Entertainment in 2002 and teaming up with several "supa-producers" he continues to make moves towards his ultimate goal as a record label owner.
Working with a number of artist/ Dj's and producers such as Disco Neil of wickedness int, Walshy Killa of Black Chiney, Sel Construction, Haskel, Skyhigh of CPG, Hustle Music, Amplified Entertainment, Boogie Institute, CrissP, Total Kaos, Lexx Lutha, ShevRock, Sound of Mind, DXO and the Dirt Dawgs to mention a few, his popularity continues to rise. Growing up in tha 305 and spreading his skills from Tallahassee to Trinidad genacide is ready to take the reggae/rap/hip-hop industry to another level.
