Something wiped this section out. UURGGhh.. So, if anyone knows what my general interests are, please let me know I have a motorcycle and cats... i like to try different sports and restaurants.. play board & video games.. and can kick your butt at tennis, ping-pong, Dance Dance Revolution, or configuring Cisco routers.. and i'm working at kicking your butt at Guitar Hero and Rock Band, but most likely I can. I'd like to try paragliding soon. I've been trying to learn how to kiteboard, but I also realize I suck at it.
I want to go on a trip that includes visiting an Ice Hotel, dogsledding, sleigh ride pulled by reindeer, and snowmobiling.. but I dont like the cold, so this will take some time for me to talk myself into it.
To see the GB video, please look under my videos section.. and see flickr for all my pics.
Dance, House, disco, folk, classic rock, latin, etc.. Shelby Lynne, Nanci Griffith, The Bee Gees, Donna Summer..
Here's a Corday video for you...
I know you're asking who that sexy dead girl in the pool is, and it's me.
I like films where everyone in the world dies and there's just a few people left - The Quiet Earth is good, although wish it had a better ending. Dont do favorites, so I'll just list what I've seen lately:
Lars and the Real Girl
Rendition
300
Grizzly Man
Dowloaded or Tivo'd, ready to watch:
Away From Her, Black Snake Moan
I just Tivo it all so I dont have to waste my time with late night infomercials. The Office, Heroes, Lost, 30 Rock, Weeds, Dexter, ANTM, The New Adventures of Old Christine - Most reality shows, except American Idol.
I miss: Surface, Arrested Development, Family Plots..
Again, I don't do favorites. Most recently read:
"My Horizontal Life: A Collection of one-night stands" by Chelsea Handler
"The Kite Runner"
I'm not one for quotes, but the only one I ever think of and explains so much is "Some people are just psychologically less ready for failure than others".. .. It's occurs too rarely for me to be ready... but I'm getting there. I probably shouldnt have this under the Heroes section, as he was no hero - but insightful & helpful to me nonetheless. People are too concerned about punishment over prevention, thus chooses killing over learning. Selfish.. although maybe i'd do the same. ok, i think i've talked myself in circles now.
