How many have your name?

I really do not know how to describe myself. I am pretty friendly and can get along with just about anyone. Anyway I'm 35 and just looking for friends for now. Anyway while you are here enjoy your visit and Welcome to Myspace.
I am a huge huge huge fan of Laura Ingalls Wilder. Laura Ingalls is a world famous author who was born in Wisconsin on February 7, 1867 and passed away on February 10, 1957 just three days after her 90th birthday at her home. Laura traveled a lot.
In 1974, actor Michael Landon known well for his part as Little Joe on "Bonanza" created the Televison version of Laura's life from the age of 9 on. Although when the show was started Laura was actually 3 years old in reality but I guess Michael wanted them older. The wonderful and beautiful actress Melissa Gilbert won the part of Laura Ingalls.
The television series ended in 1983.
On March 26, 2004 nearly 20 years after the original series ended with "The Last Farewell" on February 6, 1984, Disney and ABC aired a new version of Michael Landon's version premier movie. The winning actress was Kyle Chavarria. She did a fantastic job as well. Unfortunetly, the series stopped there due to ABC nor the Disney Channel continued with it. I have high hopes that they will have one more due to they were going on a "new adventure" at the end of the mini-series.
I really hope you enjoy the page.
