Add some Middle Eastern vibes, hip-shaking drums and a haunting flute and you've got a proper dance floor firecracker. Don't overlook 'The Lo-fi Club' too for some laid back, wobbly jazz beats for the warm up. Hot! - Dom Servini (Straight No Chaser / WahWah 45s)-------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------EVERY BODYS PARTY; This is a John Scofield tune. This was recorded live at the Beltane in Buxton with Plinio Dourado on drums and Nick Svarc on guitar. Nick and Plinio had never met so it was very exciting to play and see what would happen. I well enjoyed this gig because the energy was amazing and everyone played their asses off! Plinio is from Brazil and lives in Sheffield. Nick and I were at LCM together. ------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------------------------------------- ---------CELLAR FEARS #1 is a track that is still in it's embryonic stages. This was the first session that me, Taz, Jon and Gaz Parry did for about a year after doing some live sets at Northern Light c/o Dirty Disco - which was amazing. This is the first 7 minutes of a half an hour session which turned out to be quite inspirational. There's loads of possible directions this can take - hopefully all leading to new and fresh places.----------------------------------------------------- -----------------------------------
