Arnold Layne is a schizophrenic transvestite who lives in a made up world of talking teddy bears and flowers. Arnold couldn’t have been happier until one day a knock came at his door and his dark past started to unveil itself.
After battling with his denial, Arnold is left to face the biggest challenge of his life; leaving his perfect world and facing his dark reality.
Inspired by the songs of Syd Barrett, Arnold Layne is a short film which deals with the subjects of seclusion and mental health to ask the question “Can ignorance really be bliss?â€
