I adore tango music. I largely blame my friend Melanie for this. I also love Gothic Americana such as The Dead Brothers, The Reverend Glasseye, Munly and the Lee Lewis Harlots, and the Legendary Shack Shakers. s-Careoline is the cause of this.I have a soft spot for anything jazzy that a girl can do a little bump and grind to, but some more modern music I enjoy is more industrial/new wave. A girl can never shake off her goth roots, can she?I also dig Big John Bate and the Voodoo Dollz. In a big way. So much so that I perform with them as part of the live show. I like the music THAT much.
Horror. Everything from Susperia to Kill, Baby, Kill. I like gore, zombies, and talking skeletons.Musicals ~ Anything written by Mae West is a hit in my mind, but Moulin Rouge is a given favorite. I also love Guys and Dolls and Little Shop Of Horrors. A people-eating plant? How can you not love it?
