I love sports and competiton. Since I turned 45, I played in the Senior Mens Baseball World Series (Phoenix), swam freestyle in Masters Competition (Houston), competed with SeaWorld of San Antonio's Lifeguard Competition Team (Houston), played water polo for Palo Alto College (SA)and played bridge in the ACBL National Summer Championship (SA).

About 3 years ago, I took up both playing drums and playing poker. I haven't mastered drums yet but I've played poker in two WSOP Main Championship Events and two WSOP circuit tournaments cashing in the 2005 Main Event and taking a 4th in a WSOP circuit event. I've met many of the top poker players that are on TV and have played successfully against TV pros including Phil Gordon, Chip Jett, Liz Liu, Minneapolis Jim, Ralph Perry, John Shipley and Darrel Dicken. I'll remain an amateur poker player as a steady income makes sense right now and I like my consulting job. That could all change if I pick up a 3 or 4 million dollar payday.

I hope to retire and get back to lifeguarding which at Sea World was the best job I ever had. I also hope to play drums with a band someday and of course, win some really big poker tournaments.
