Mainly for health and fitness with free weights, exercise bike and rebounder. I managed to lose 17 kilos in 11 months - 87kg down to 70 kg, with no dietary restraint.I prefer solo workouts, at home, to gyms, running, biking and swimming etc. Music is the motivator while exercising and looking out over the beautiful Northern vistas around Lismore.
