About Me

My passion to bring real solutions to people has been a grateful journey. I started life in very humble beginnings, abandoned by mother and father, raised by a widowed grandmother, with less than a privileged lifestyle, provided by a small social security check each month. Drugs, alcohol, and all the trappings of abusive family kept us on the run to the next nearly safe environment. Though I gave my heart to Jesus at the early age of 11, I found that what had been modeled to me as a child in my teen years was inescapable. Those years were filled with the desperate search to stop the pain and hide my fears. A party lifestyle left me only more deprived and confused. By age 19, after losing my mind for three and a half months, I had a dramatic encounter with a loving savior. Since that time I've dedicated my life to helping others find real solutions. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Theology, after attending Metro School of Ministry, in Oklahoma City, and Impact International School of Ministry in Huntsville, Alabama.I was one of the Associate Pastors with Buddy Harrison at Faith Christian Fellowship in Tulsa, Oklahoma. During that time, I worked in pastoral counseling and ministering in affiliate churches. My wife, Marilyn, served with me as worship leaders at the East worship hall in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. After leaving FCF, I pioneered a church, Increasing Word of Grace, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Our local church housed a Substance Abuse Program that ministered to pastors and leaders with substance abuse issues. Our radio program (Solutions) covered the entire state of Oklahoma with the message of grace, peace, and faith-righteousness.In 1998, I relocated to Huntsville, Alabama to work with Dr. James B. Richards and Impact Ministries®. I played a key role in expanding the ministry to touch thousands of believers and leaders across America and around the world. As Assistant Pastor, my primary role was overseeing the Small Group Ministry of Impact of Huntsville and implementing the strategies that have produced a growth of 600% in the participation of small groups. We launched the small groups into non-threatening community outreaches that were safe and productive. For the last 6 years, I have also taught and served as Dean of Students for Impact International School of Ministry. My real passion is helping local churches and ministers. For years I have ministered to people in seminars and fellowships. I am thrilled that the Lord would give me a voice to America via radio broadcasts, the internet, seminars, as well as continuing serving Gods most prized possessionYOU, His beloved.

Identity Thieves

Let's face it - we mess up. I know I do. As we mature in Christ, we have this holy assumption that we get to a point where we shouldn't mess up, right? Statements such as "I can't believe I'm still do...

Change

All in all, we want our lives to change, even though most of us fear change. We are all doing what we want to do-attracting what we want out of life-good or bad. This all occurs just from the way we s...
