I love waking up every morning thanking my God for another day. I love that first ray of light when I'm fully awake. I love looking out my window and seeing the woods behind my house. I love to feel the wind on my face when I step outside in the morning and the crisp cold smell of morning dew. I love watching the trees sway and hearing the birds singing as I walk to my car. It feels like they are singing to me, but I know they are just starting their day.
I love to tell my daughter I love her every morning when I drop her off at school. She says, "I love you, mommy. See you later," and we smile and wave "see you later" because it's never goodbye. I drive off thinking I can't wait until later. I love that. From wherever or from whomever....
