Born in the vacant streets of Providence, Rhode Island on May 20th, 1977...moved to New York when I was six years old. Been here on Long Island ever since. I'll always wonder why of all the places on the earth, fate chose for me to grow up on a pile of waste and shit that floated from the poles from what was left of a melted glacier that settled here. Hmm? Anyhow, so I grew up...and that's more than I can say for most of my family. Started listening to Skinny Puppy since I was 13, and I've been corrupted ever since. I finally bought a guitar and started playing my own music pretty recently, though I have been a singer for a hard core punk band back in High School called "Snot Face". Ooh...those were the days! Five inch spiked mowhawk and leopard spotted hair with a leather jacket and knee high shit kickers, listening to the Misfits and Crass in my friends beat up blue firebird with the tops down trying not to mess up my hawk before I get the the show at ABC NO RIO on the Lower East Side of NYC. Pizza and Old E in Tompkins Square Park singing Clash songs with the rastas. If only I could go back and do it all again, I wouldn't change a thing. So now I'm older, much more cynical, much more educated, much less idealistic, much more patient, satisfied, single and ...well, ok, not much else has changed. I consider that a good thing. Not enough people hold on to their childhood while managing to adapt well to adulthood and all the burdens and responsibilities as well...but what care I about other people. With the exception of a few friends, and I mean a few as in three, duh!, I really don't give a shit about any one else's opinion except for my own...that's one other thing that has changed about me since I was a teenager. So now I'm working on my music career...not just writing music (lyrics mostly... I leave most of the music writing now to my new band), there's a lot that goes into the rest of the process come to find out. I don't mind the work though. Keeping me busy keeps me out of trouble and happy. Well, what else about me? I love animals. Especially my dog, Una. She's a shit kicking chichiwhawha that's as cute as pie...but she'll bite your ass when you're not looking if she doesn't know you well, or trust you. Hmm...sounds like she did learn a thing or two from her mommy. I also love horseback riding, steak and red wine dinners, sushi, going to the gym (oh god, I sound like a jock!!...but alas, its true, it keeps me healthy and out of trouble), Horror Movies, Listening to music, Concerts, Museums, the planetarium, the Planting Fields (Coe Hall in Cold Spring Harbor), Long midnight walks, Taking random trips to new places that aren't well inhabited where I can explore, Curling up by the fire in the winter (I hate the cold...I'm really a summer person), Chia Latte, Kisses on my neck, Backmassages, Vinyl and leather clothing, Men in Military Uniforms with big black boots, My big black boots, Keeping the boots on when in bed, the carnival, arcade games, the zoo, photography, sculpture, band practice, when people remember my birthday without reminding them, surprises, dancing at what's left of the industrial/goth/NuWave clubs on Long Island, NO DRAMA, Smiling, Candy kisses, Puppies and Kitties, Machines that make noise, Reading erotic novels before bed, Fantasy and Sci Fi, well...I could go on, but I don't want to bore you.
