IC Massive Attack!

Jared Stauffer was born in the city of Lincoln, Nebraska, where he has lived his entire life while going to the same elementary and high school for 13 years. He is now going to college at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, having still not left his beloved home yet. Though he loves all his friends and family, he felt like he needed to get away, and Invisible Children seemed to be the perfect escape for him. Jared saw the film after the 2006 Roadies came and stayed at his house. The stories changed his life; he felt like he had to do something more. After visiting San Diego and seeing what Invisible Children is all about, he decided to drop out of college for a semester and join IC on the World Tour 2007. Jared is looking forward to finally getting out of his hometown but, more importantly, helping others to see the Invisible Children documentary and the impact it could have on their lives.David Lewis is a mountain man, raised by wolves in the Appalachian foothills of North Alabama. This month, he completes his BS in Electrical Engineering at Clemson University, with emphasis on sweeeet robot design. Working by day as a co-op in the chemical manufacturing industry and a dumpster diver by night, David acquired enough resources (specifically unused Wendy's coupons) to fly west for a summer road trip. He sought service, travel, and adventure...and was floored when he discovered Invisible Children. He is pumped about the upcoming World Tour and to see the love revolution that will soon define our generation. In his free time, David enjoys his hot and awesome friends, Alabama BBQ, playing music, and running marathons on two weeks notice. He is also confident that pirates always beat ninjas because anyone who has ever played a video game knows that ninjas can't swim.And now moving on to the ladies... Stacia Szaro was born in 1985 and stands a daunting 5 foot 6. Much to the immense joy of her parents, she ditched her senior year of college at Southeastern University to move from Florida to San Diego and work with IC. She is the product of an ongoing battle between the right and left hemispheres of her brain, it's a push and pull that keeps her just off-balance enough to be amusing to others. She eats meat, adores her family, lives for movie moments, has been in love, and for the most part thinks rap isn't actually music. She is a night owl and the sitar may be her favorite instrument. She believes that fountains were made for dancing in, has a strange affinity for a troll, and doesn't trust boys who use flat-irons. It is her opinion that alarm clocks are the most obnoxiously practical invention in history, and shampoo that doesn't leave her hair smelling good is fairly pointless. She can't think of a closing sentence.Jenny Mavity was born in the Midwest before moving to North County, San Diego. She recently graduated from Biola University with a degree in Multicultural Studies. She is widely traveled, having spent time in exotic locations such as Africa and Indonesia. By day, you can find her behind a computer or trying to control the mass of blonde curly hair atop her head; by night, she gives people crabs...as a waitress at Joe's Crab Shack. A few words offered up by other roadies to describe Jenny are as follows: Curly, sassy, go-getter, strong, mermaid, fun, motivated, a snappy dresser, spunky, a good listener, charged and a dancing queen. She is incredibly excited to be on Massive Attack and can't wait to drive through 27 states bringing IC guerilla-style. She also has to forgive her teammates for writing this bio without checking facts with her. But then again, that's what you get when you go to Uganda without them.
