About Me

Beginning in the early- to mid '90s, Knol began mixing and loving house music. By the mid ‘90s and by the age of 23, he managed many residencies including Jack & Jill’s, Jaded, Polly Esther's, the Groove, and numerous raves and underground parties.
He is most known for pushing the envelope and the dancers on the dancefloor. His taste for cutting-edge house, tribal, and electro rhythms have garnered many fans in the underground house and dance scene. His sets explode with pulsing basslines, dramatic builds, soulful divas, and dark house beats.
After taking a hiatus in the beginning of the new millenium, Knol made a strong comeback with a short residency at Jack & Jill’s. He placed second in “Best Club DJ” by Jackson Free Press readers, easily toppling DJs with long-running club-play in the city.
His current endeavors include digital mixing, remixing, and production. He's also a graphic designer, web designer, and abstract artist.
