Luster's fanbase grew quickly and faithfully filling some of the smallest and smokiest bars and clubs in Chicago's rock scene. Not long thereafter, Seattle's Jonathan Brubaker made the move to join the brothers in bringing their recordings to life among some of the best rooms in the city and abroad. Luster's live bit, which once filled rooms like Elbo Room and Lyon's Den, has now brought near sellout crowds into some of the best rooms in the city. With the help of few, Luster has birthed and recorded their material from the confines of a musty basement, to one of the top studios in all of Nashville (Brock Music Creative Caffeine Studio). In early '06, Luster signed their first publishing deal with L.A.'s own Pen Music Group. Over the last two years, Luster's music has been used in several episodes of the CW network's popular reality series "America's Next Top Model". Licenses for Luster's music have been obtained by not only the CW network, but MTV (Laguna Beach), Fischer productions (ESPN), Fox, The Lifetime Channel as well as a handful of independent filmmakers. Heard on radio stations from Chicago to the Hawaiian Islands including Chicago's own Q101 and 93.1 WXRT, Luster's electro-melodic (and sometimes a bit lonely or morbid) guitar driven sound has grabbed the ears of thousands of fans across America via the web. Luster has presented their act to many markets and audiences from the Twin Cities down to Atlanta and in between. Seen with the likes of Keane, Switchfoot and many other great acts from around America, their music continues to be uplifted by the people who hear and see it.
