Chriss Ortega and Thomas Gold are both producers and djs from germany, who are signed to renowned dance independent label HOUSEWORKS. Since signing to this label they have produced and remixed tracks for other leading european dance labels such as VENDETTA (Spain), MINISTRY OF SOUND, BOSS RECORDS , INSTINCT (all UK), ROYAL FLUSH (France), EGOISTE (Switzerland), KONTOR, SELECTED WORKS and KICKFRESH (all Germany).Their first production under the name Ortega And Gold was made during the later part of 2004, this track LOV became their first release on HOUSEWORKS in early 2005.From then on they completed several remixes namely: Roger Sanchez Turn On The Music, Level K Animal Love, DJ Antoine Arabian Adventure, Superfunk Lucky Star, Strike U sure Do, Ian Carey Say what you want and Martijn Ten Velden Bleep which all received huge acclaim from djs and clubbers across Europe.The second single Hypnotized was released in 2005 and off the back of the buzz created by the remixes it got lots of plays on UK radio and massive support in the clubs too. The tracks also shot straight to no.1 of Stonebridges playlist.Thomas Gold, also records and remixes under the following established names, Houzecrushers, Level K, Phunkk Mob and Punk People. And in addition to these he is currently working on projects with Iio, Frank Savaro, Eric Smax, Chris Montana and more. Smax and Golds S_Punk was featured several times on Pete Tongs and Judge Jules national radio 1 shows in the UK. Whereas the Thomas Gold remix on Francesco Diaz Ibiza 2006 was a huge hit across all clubs in Ibiza this summer.Chriss Ortega burst onto the international dance scene with his first filter house production called Dancing. Soon after this he remixed Stellar Project Get Up Stand Up (a big club hit around Europe and top 15 single in UK).
