Décio Duarte aka Playground Boy is from Lisbon, Portugal having residence also in Monthey, Switzerland. Starts early his contact with night life and dance scene, listening the djs at the clubs and the electronic music tendences of the 90's. Since then, it growed up in him a passion for djing. Things like handle a crowd, make people dance all night over, being the attention center and run the evening, always been a fantasy. For several reasons it tooked a while, till is first contact with mixtables, decks and plates. This happens when Miguel(aka Xamã Soul) pulls him into the dj scene. An old friend which had some experience already at the time. It was with him that he launched into djing, and later then, builded and developed a project called the "Playground Boys" that they have till today. He considers himself a rookie, who has all to triumph. Working as a freelancer since 2005, it is more usual to see and listen to his perfomances in the southside of Lisbon, his home ground, where he currently has residence at the Eden on Sueste Beach (Fonte da Telha) and where he's considered a top reference and promisse for a close future, being the feedback excellent about his perfomances and music selection from everyone who has marked presence in one or more of his gigs. He also has some reputation in Switzerland (Monthey, Morgins, Sion and Lausanne), where he has good relations and management. Also soon, it will be available some work production of the "Playground Boys"...
