In 2005, Lee [our singer] advertised for members to start an 80's new romantic band with ref to Spandau Ballet. 3 people answered, myself [johnnyk guitar], Angus [drums] and Chris [bass]. We had a meeting which resulted in the 4 of us looking at the material we thought would be; not only great to play but great to listen to. Over a year and a half later we have had many changes! Angus is no longer with us but we have Andy who is a top drummer and musician!, Tony on keys, Nhadine and Jayne on b vox and our new member Penny on sax [who replaced Sarah who had to leave as she has her own band] and together we are one hell of a show band! We have had a number of shows and each time we get the same comments of praise. We do not have too many open gigs for the public! mainly private corporate gigs but what we have I do post on this site and www.spandauballettribute.co.uk! and if anyone out there knows of a venue which may accomodate us just drop us a line and i will look into it!!!! see ya all soon johnnyk MySpace Profile Photo Editor
