Exploring... from there to here and here to there. I love exploring Berkeley, San Francisco, and the rest of the Bay Area every chance I get. On particularly sunny weekends there is always room for trips up north, down to Santa Cruz, or off into the hills. There are just too many parks, cities, restaurants, bars, windy roads, and mountains for me to see in one lifetime. But I'm going to try to get to them all anyway.
My theory of music is that every band has at least one good song... which leaves everything pretty open. Beatles, CCR, NIN, AC/DC, Simon and Grafunkle, Outkast, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Digital Underground, Modest Mouse, Heart, Led Zeppelin, Soundgarden, The Shins, The Who, Thingy, Tom Petty, Sublime, Van Morrison, White Stripes, Neutral Milk Hotel, Aerosmith, Badly Drawn Boy, Modest Mouse, Beach Boys, Beck, Metalica, Nirvana, Marylin Manson, Billy Joel,, Blondie, Boston, Blur, Maroon 5, Bush, Chemical Brothers, Coldplay, Ciblomatp, David Bowie, Doors, Eagles, Elton John. That’s probably enough for now.
Shawshank Redemption, Snatch, Big Lebowski, Groundhog's Day, Pulp Fiction, As good as it Gets, Trainspotting, Emperor's New Groove, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Paint Your Wagon, Chicago (well, most musicals)
I don't have TV now, but when I did Seinfeld, the Simpsons, The Family Guy, and Futurama were where it was at. (I also secretly like Sex in the City, but let’s not spread that around)
Where to start? Unbearable Lightness of Being, Sands of the Kalahari, Catch 22, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Calvin and Hobbes, Angela's Ashes, Cannery Row, Fight Club, anything by Dr. Seuss...
Mr. Clean, Batman, Jimmy Carter (before he got all chunky), any bartender who remembers me, all of my friends, Bender
