MySpace Layouts - Blue Silk myspace layoutsThe first band I played in was called "UNIQUE" The second band was called "Bostic" at which time I was still enlisted in the US Army. From there I departed Ft Polk La. and was sent to Kitzingen Germany There I met Sam Culbreath and we formed the group "Heated Pleasure" after my Germany tour. My Military Career ended. I decided I wanted more time with my music. I met with some friends in Aberdeen MD where I Join the "STYLE BAND" (see pics) with Eddie Lovely and Wendell Manswell. From there I wanted a career in Law Enforcement I enrolled in Pitt Community College Greenville N.C. taking Police Science wanted to join the police Dept. there didn't work out. Not enough money for the trouble. Later I was asked to work at a local recording studio called D&S Sound Studio by Billy Savage and Butch Drewry. After meeting Nazrus Halsey in college we decided to go to Long Island N.Y. his hometown to complete a 4 year music project in the Hamptons. There we completed and recorded "Wave Hampton" After which I decided to go back home to Alexandria VA, then back to N.C. to play in my brother William Powell's gospel group "The Faithful Few" from there i moved to Columbia S.C. to reunite with Sam Culbreath and we joined a band we were call "Atlantic Force" with Myra Sowell lead vocals. From there back to the Faithful Few, then back to N.Y. completed another project with Naz then on to the ATL. There I finished 2 years of Music and Entertainment Management & Audio Enginering school at the Art Institute of Atlanta. At which time I started Life Long Productions Inc. a Music Production and Artist Management company. And here is where I played with and managed a group called "Jah Warriors" after that under the same network guilded by Marcus Perkins a group called
"JW dv8ers" in 2001. And that folk is "MY STYLE"
