Lisa Fury is lead vocalist with internationally renowned progressive rock/celtic band Karnataka and rising stars in the rock/celtic/ambient genres, Chasing The Monsoon. Karnataka recently performed at The Vibes From The Vines Festival alongside Gary Moore and others .. the band..s performance was a resounding success. Lisa has been a professional singer since the age of seventeen, performing in bands and as a session vocalist displaying her supreme flexibility singing many styles of music. Lisa's beautiful vocals and songwriting skills have also brought her to the attention of Pete Waterman& Warner Chappell. Lisa has also performed on the London Jazz Club scene gaining valuable live experience and once again expanding on her repertoire of musical styles.
Lisa was invited to showcase tracks from her debut CD Windows of the Soul on London radio station LBC which attracted a fantastic response. Below are a selection of quotes:

It was hearing Windows of the Soul that brought Lisa to the attention of Ian Jones of Karnataka. They invited her to become the lead vocalist in February 2006. For Lisa, this was an exciting opportunity both professionally and personally as she had been a long time admirer of Karnataka.
Lisa is also currently working on a new project with Ian Jones - Chasing The Monsoon. Also featuring Warner producer/songwriter Steve Evans and guitarist Ian Simmons, Chasing The Monsoon are currently working on their debut album which blends world music rhythms, ambient soundscapes, rock and Celtic influences.
