Hello there! It's September, the kids are back in school, and I have been struck down with the mother of all colds. Typical!
However, I have got some very exciting news to share with you this morning - it appeared in my inbox overnight, so this is straight from Lorna's 'Lady in the UK'...
Looking for a gift idea for Christmas, well how about a CD of wonderful music...?

Even better, why don't you combine that with a trip to the theatre to see Lorna sing these songs in person. I've seen this show a couple of years ago when it was on in the West End - and it's FANTASTIC. Now it's touring the UK, and you'd be an absolute twonk to miss it!
I'm seeing her in Northampton and possibly Milton Keynes as well. So BOOK NOW
I am now off to try and deal with the bunch of razor blades that my throat has turned into.

I LOVE reading and will give anything a go. At the moment I'm reading The Bible and 'The Chocolate Lovers' Club by Carole Matthews.

Favourite authors include: Jane Austen, Joanne Harris, Mary Wesley, Terry Pratchett, Jean M Auel, Helen Dunmore, Carole Matthews, E. Annie Proulx, Judy Astley and David Eddings. I read lots of things, so anyone who writes a good book gets my attention!
