Focus Magazine started off as an idea I had while photographing a model for a Maxim Magazine submission. Why shouldn't a local model from Lowell MA or Pelham NH not be given a shot at stardom or fame because she isn't a celebrity? From that day forward I decided that I wanted to start a magazine that doesn't have any celebrity models, and only featured gorgeous local girls & local talent that are dying to get some real exposure.Focus has set out to publish the best Men's publication in the MA/NH area. Why you ask? It's simple, we do it because there's so much talent in this area. There are so many incredible rock bands playing at bars around here, Rappers & DJ's performing at local night clubs and even starting their own venues at the VFW or Elks club. There are hilarious comedians performing stand up in restaurants and halls, and you can't forget the heart of the magazine, local models. What are the odds that any these people will ever be recognized by mainstreem media? Who among us will be the next Eliza Dushku (Boston MA), Dane Cook(Boston MA) Michael Chiklis (Lowell MA) Adam Sandler (Manchester NH) or even the great group Godsmack (Lawrence MA). The odds, unfortunately are very slim. Focus Magazine is striving to show you what is right in your back yard! We want to provide our readers the most in depth, clear, balls to the walls, articles they have ever read. And we plan to deliver articles like this each and every month!
