The Matt and Huggy Show is currently seeking a new broadcasting home. More interviews for Matt to butcher, jew jokes, crank calls, and hoefully Crazy Carl is he can survive! STAY TUNED!Matt was born in the war-torn country of Camden, New Jersey. His early years were spent breast-feeding off as many women as possible. Eventually, Matt entered a school for the gifted, where he was labeled an “evil genius.†However, at age nine Matt was permanately expelled for trying to murder the school custodian. Matt’s teen years were a haze of drug abuse, mostly spent following the band, A Flock of Seagulls on the road.Sometime in the early 90's Matt joined WYSP as an intern where he eventually met Huggy one night at a sexually deviant Gentlemen’s Club. Their first show together was labor day, 1996 and it was so bad, anyone who listened was subjected to violent fits of vomiting and diarrhea. However, over time, they would get better ... sort of.In April 1997, they took over hosting and producing the long-running heavy metal program, "Rockers." They still host it to this day. August 1997 was the real turning point in their careers. They were hired full-time and took over the Mon-Fri 10p-2am shift. In 1999 Matt and Huggy eventually took over the nighttime slot (7p-11p, M-F) and worked nights up until late April, when they took over their current slot. In his spare time, Matt knocks up his wife and does meaningless tasks around the house.
Huggy
Little is known of Huggy’s early years, as his father died during childbirth and his mother left him to join the circus. Raised in orphanages, foster homes and by wolves, Huggy grew into a below-average teenager. Eventually, Huggy attended seven different universities. After graduating, there were a series of jobs too humiliating to talk about (yes, telemarketing was one...good guess), however, his love of radio never waned.Hired in 1995 by John DeBella to write for his WYSP afternoon show was the beginning of an extremely mediocre career. All the Matt stuff is written up above and doesn’t need to be rehashed. Sexy, brilliant and totally addicted to allergy medicine, Huggy is one of the good ones. Thank you.
