About Me

I'm just a small-town Texas boy who ended up under the bright-lights of the big city. Funny how that works. I now call Phoenix my home, but I do plan to have a second residence soon out there in Northeast Texas. My accent is part of who I am and I definitely want to keep my Texas-drawl.While off chasing my dreams, something funny happened- I grew up. Things have always come easy to me while growing up. Well, one day I decided to walk away from all that and start a new life. That's exactly what I did.So, here I am. I'm to the point where I feel it's time to make my mark. Here goes!!! Watch for me. Music...Love it. Like to country-dance. I like to try new things. Any suggestions?

I'd like to meet:

People who are genuinely good-hearted and caring. Honesty, loyalty, and devotion are the three traits that I most look for. Too many times, people make promises that they are unwilling to keep.

Music:

Country - of course!! It's in my blood - literally. Actually, I enjoy all types with the exception of hard rap. I'm very particular about my Country music, too. Mainly prefer Texas artists.

Movies:

Urban Cowboy!!! My favorite. LOL. So funny. There are others but Urban Cowboy jumps to the forefront when I think of movies. Reminds me of the simple people from back home. Definitely could see it actually happening.

Television:

Hmmm. American Chopper. Tuttles are crazy!!!! Smallville, like that travel show with the crazy Australian guy, Pimp My Ride - LOL, Nip-Tuck, and anything where I learn something new. Who doesn't watch CSI?

Books:

The Bible. All the Pretty Horses - such a well written book. The movie doesn't do it justice.

Heroes:

Jesus Christ. Those that sacraficed there lives for others. Anyone with the courage to chase their dreams!!! I once gave all mine up, but now the time has come for me to go after what I want.
