EPHRAIM BENTON is the oldest of seven children; five boys and two girls born from Annette Lewter. He's always had to lead by example and that's a quality that motivates him to consistently rise up, resurrect and show the world who he really is. With over fourteen years of acting experience on both the small and big screen, He's recently taken a lead role behind the scenes as well. Appearances on such television dramas as Law and Order, NYPD Blue, and the Sopranos, comedy programming including the Chappelle's Show, and film roles in projects including Baby Boy, Anne B. Real, Prison Song and next years Push directed by Oscar winner Lee Daniels. He's also featured in next years indie film Bronx Paradise and recently landed his first major starring role in the indie Inside A Change directed by Rik Cordero; Benton's appetite for becoming a driving force in Hollywood has only been enhanced by goals to become a triple threat in the entertainment industry. He is constantly developing his own projects, has executive produced, written and directed two short films, "Brown Paper Bags" and "3 Quarters of Face Value". He's also the co-founder of the TOMI Film Festival, which made it's debut during the NBA All-Star weekend in New Orleans this past year. He plays the voice of Ash is Rockstars video game The Warriors and Trevor in the upcoming Midnight Club 4 series. He's made cameo appearances in classics such as Jay Z's "Who U Wit" and "99 Problems", Gang Starr's "Royalty", Lucy Pearl's "Dance Tonight" and The Roots "Rising Up" video with his youngest daughter Amber just to name a few. You can catch him next making a very important and soon to be one of the most controversial cameos ever in the up coming Nas "Be A Nigger Too' video. An occasional journalist for Gesicamagazine.com, the now defunct Four Korners News and he's also credited with landing one of the only exclusive Tony Yayo jail interviews that was featured on 2001's DJ Kool Kid Full Clip pt.2 mix-tape. A jack of all trades and an humanitarian that was born to be a house hold name; Benton is just fulfilling his destiny. So keep watching as the bricks get cemented for a soon to be powerful empire.
